The Deer Tracks
www.myspace.com/thedeertracks

The Deer Tracks is David Lehnberg & Elin Lindfors, both children of the Swedish town of Gävle. Despite their earlier success with respective projects (Leiah, Ariel Kill Him & Twiggy Frostbite), all roads led them into this electromagnetic mist of melodies. And so, around the shift of 06/07, they met to shape electro landscapes just as sparkling as the rime that sheeted the long and hard winter nights... Read More

Twiggy Frostbite
www.myspace.com/twiggyfrostbite

Like waves against a barren cliff, strongly captivating, attractingly beautiful. This is where the roaring, rumbling ocean throws itself towards the rocks and falls down in fragile, brittle drops. A wind that shifts between storm and breeze, carried by the melodies of the sunset. Twiggy Frostbite took shape in the spring of 2006 inspired by the London Underground, and evolved to something unique. The untamed tones and frosty noise of ... Read More

Titiyo
www.myspace.com/titiyo

After the year 2001 pan-European smash success with "Come Along" Titiyo faced a too common question at career peaks: how to proceed from here?
The answer never really arrived. After having failed with an attempted follow up album in 2004 she even seriously considered folding her career.
She'd growned tired of the label "The Queen of Swedish soul". Hey, she hadn't even been focused on soul since the early Nineties!
Luckily enough the final decision was to re-start from the very beginning.
Titiyo bought herself a home studio equipment that was in every sense "intentionally cheap" - a very dimentary Casio synth and a Portacorder. With these simpe tools she spent a winter in her Stockholm apartment and tried out her new pop visions. The song "X" on her just released fifth studio album "Hidden" is one result of these solitary headphone sessions.
Later on Titiyo spent som time in Chelsea, New York, and at different places in her native Sweden to find yet more inspiration for for her newfound enthusiasm. In the end she had a collection of songs that she dared to present to producers and musicians she trusted.

Terry Lynn
www.kingstonlogic.com

Terry Lynn was born and raised in Olympic Gardens, otherwise known as Waterhouse, an impoverished area in Kingston, Jamaica. She captures with words a sense of Kingston’s environment and Jamaica’s struggles the way a camera captures images with a lens.
The sound is distinctive, hard and impassioned unlike anything heard from the sunny shores of this Carribean hotspot.

PINTANDWEFALL
www.pintandwefall.com

This band was supposed to break up after their first gig. But the gig at a high school party in early 2006 was a blast! Who would have thought that these mysterious masked girls could achieve so much in such a short period of time.
Crazy Pint, Cute Pint, Dumb Pint and Tough Pint form a group with unprecendented energy. Visual mystery, spontaneous energy on stage and the best songs of the 21st century have taken the girls this far... to the Despotz family!

The Sonnets
www.myspace.com/the_sonnets

Do you remember the first time?
The excitement you felt from the tape you stole from your older sister?
The moment when you first fell in love with pop music.
We wanted to make something that bright and pure. A pop music still blue-eyed, naive and and oh so young at heart. We were inspired by the things that brought us back to that feeling. The Style Council. The first summer with Charles and Sebastian in »Brideshead Revisited«. Prefab Sprout. Jimmy Connors last serve game against John McEnroe in the Wimbledon final in 1982. Emily Brontës »Wuthering Heights«.
These things have together coloured the Sonnet's debut album »Western Harbour Blue«.
