SAAD is a new pop project from longtime friends, musicians and artists Saga West (Dolores Haze) and Adam Odelfelt (Tella Viv, TVc). They describe themselves as a musical project with roots in fashion, creative media and art.

Bröderna Lindgren is a Swedish sibling music duo. Mathias and Andreas Lindgren are sons of the renowed children’s book author Barbro Lindgren. With a focus on music for children, they have made music for TV programs with Allram Eest and Höjdarna as well as for the movie Loranga, Masarin och Dartanjang. They have also released three albums, on which several famous Swedish singers and musicians participate, including Kristofer Åström, Ebbot Lundberg, Nina Ramsby, Martin Hederos, Patrik Arve, Swing, Caroline Wennergren, Mattias Alkberg, Vanna Rosenberg and Asha Ali.

Both the 2009 and 2013 Bröderna Lindgren won Swedish Grammy in the category Best Children’s Album for the albums Meningen med livet and I tiden.

Lisa Miskovsky is a Swedish Grammy award winner and the platinum selling artist who’s had numerous hit songs in Sweden. She’s worked with and released music on both Universal and Sony. Her biggest hit “Lady Stardust” was also a radio hit in Europe. Lisa is a songwriter as well as a singer and musician. She had the original idea and wrote the lyrics to “Shape of My Heart” recorded by Backstreet Boys and has created music with well-known people such as Max Martin, Rami Yacoub & Joakim Berg, to name a few. Lisa Miskovsky performed the theme song “Still Alive” for the game Mirror’s Edge (EA/DICE), which got remixed by the liks of Benny Benassi, Junkie XL, Paul van Dyk, Armand Van Helden, & Teddybears. 

After Melodifestivalen 2022 for Lisa Miskovsky, the song ‘Best to Come’ quickly climbed up Spotify’s playlists, the single was played extensively on the radio (RIX FM, P4 etc.), ended up high on the Svensktoppen. Following up the success with the new EP ’Eljest’, this time in Swedish and has collab with the acclaimed lyricist Annika Norlin (Säkert, Hello Saferide). 

Lisa has chosen Celine as the focus track, where she speaks about a mysterious woman who’s name she encountered in the start of her career. ”There was a woman, in the start of my career, that a lot of people were in love with, when I was going to start working with music, her name would come up a lot and then something happened to the gaze of the one who spoke about her, it made me curious about who she was as well and what she’s doing now..”

Adna has released two full length albums and has had over 20 million Spotify streams in the last two years. The melancholic, lo-fi, singer-songwriter has had her work compared to the likes of Bon Iver & Daughter as well as high praise from KCRW, Pigeons and Planes, NME, The Line Of Best Fit. She’s also had several sync placements in popular shows (most recently Bones in 2016).

After the release of her last album ‘Run, Lucifer’ Adna toured all over Europe where she got a lot of inspiration and time to reflect on her live performance. She is currently living in Berlin and has spent this year writing and recording her third full length album ‘Closure’ planned for release in March 2017 which will be followed by a new tour.

The young Swedish artist with the haunting voice and great talent grew up in Sweden’s 2nd largest city, Gothenburg, and started studying music at an early age. She says she’s always found solitude in music and went on to study it full time.

After having posted a few YouTube clips of her singing at age of 16, Adna was discovered by the record label Despotz Records and a year later she signed with them and started planning for her first release.

A self-titled EP was released in 2012, a few months before Adna turned 18, which launched her career and also resulted in Adna’s music getting placements on several TV series. In 2013 she’s stood on the Swedish Royal Theatre’s stage together with Martin Sheen and Kerry Kennedy (at an event for human rights; Speak Truth To Power).

“After ten years with the Hellacopters and four years with Dundertåget and a variety of freelance jobs, it is now time for me to release my first solo album,” said Dahlqvist.“I can from the bottom of my heart to say that I have never been this proud of some music I made, feels like a life’s work – everything from the music to the lyrics and production.”With vocals sung entirely in Swedish, the album was recorded, mixed and produced by Björn Olsson (Union Carbide Productions, The Soundtrack of our Lives), a process that has been two years in the making.“Songs that I’ve worked with for two years,” added Dahlqvist. “A time that has gone up and down emotionally for me and that is why the songs a very personal and fragile sense of themselves.

“Björn has been extremely careful and sensitive throughout the shoot but in no way has it been difficult to record. It cannot be anything better than to record music with a friend and be friends through the whole process, it has actually never happened before.”

Amanda Mair made a big breakthrough when she launched her eponymous debut album at the age of 17 and was acclaimed by media such as Washington Post, Sunday Times, Time Out, Guardian, NME, Nylon Magazine etc. Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet described the album as one of the best Swedish debut albums of all time. The album was followed up by two years of touring in Germany, England, China, India, Spain and France.

Amanda will launch a few singles and an EP this summer/fall and is currently writing and recording new material for more releases to be launched in early 2018.

Baron Bane has been hailed by blogs and media around the world for their unique style and Popmatters.com drew parallels to bands like Porcupine Tree ands Massive Attack. Gold selling rock band Sonic Syndicate are finally back working on their most daring album yet. This time the members of the band has taken a deeper look into themselves which has led to some changes of the sound. On the new album “Confessions” Sonic Syndicate lets the listener take part of their vulnerability through total uncompromising honesty in their songwriting and sound.

The album will be released world wide October 14th via Despotz Records and followed up by a huge European tour together with Amaranthe and Smash Into Pieces where Sonic Syndicate will show the fans again what an exceptional live band they are, as they’ve already done in Europe, North America and Asia several times before during their career (they just got back from a tour in Japan and China).

Titiyo was born in Stockholm, Sweden, to Ahmadu Jah, a Sierra Leonean drummer, and Maylen Bergström. She is the half-sister of singer-songwriter Neneh Cherry, the stepdaughter of jazz trumpeter and composer Don Cherry and stepsister to Eagle-Eye Cherry. She grew up in Solna.

Swedish band Twiggy Frostbite received considerable international attention when they released their debut album ‘Through Fire’ on Despotz Records in 2008. Including reviews and positive mentions in media like The Sunday Times, NME, Uncut, Clash and Vice Magazine. They also had radio support from the likes of Steve Lamacq and Gideon Coe, and were also picked as ‘Band Of The Week’ on The Radcliffe And Maconie Show (BBC Radio 2).
Twiggy Frostbite are back with their second album scheduled to be released in early 2015. The band now consists of Elin Lindfors (The Deer Tracks) and Anna-Karin Berglund (live musician with The Deer Tracks), Emma Sjöberg and newly added member Sofia Stolpe.
